AI: Unique ID assigned to a specific Agency Interest (AI). An AI is any entity with which LDEQ is concerned, including both facilities and personnel.

Date: The date on the document is the date by which the document was filed under. For instance, for an inspection report this is when the inspection was done, not the review date also shown on the document. The receive date is used when no other date appears on the document or when specifically requested on the day forward transmittal sheet. For documents that cover a time period, e.g. quarterly reports, the first day of the quarter they cover is used. The date of a Note or Memo document is either the date it was created or if it is a routing slip, the most recent date shown. The date of a permit or public notice document is the effective date of the document.

Description: Document description. While freeform, divisions within LDEQ typically adhere to internal standards in order to facilitate retrieval.

Document Type: A document type is a category by which LDEQ documents are indexed in EDMS. For example, Ground Water Monitoring Report and Annual Disposer Report are both identified as Report in the EDMS.

Document Subtype: A subdocument type is a category under the document type that details the document type.

Function: Type of activity associated with the document

Media: Media is the term used to describe specific environments (e.g., air) which are the subject of regulatory concern and activities.

Pgs: Number of pages in a document.
