  5. What does AI mean? What is the Lookup AI tool?
An Agency Interest (AI) number is the identification number assigned to every facility regulated by DEQ. To find the AI number for a facility, click the “Lookup AI” link. You may then search for an AI number by company name, alternate ID, physical or mailing address, etc. If no results are returned, broaden your search by using partial search terms.
