Account Information
Public Users
As a public user, you must get an EDMS account in order to access the system. Once you have an account, you may logon to EDMS over the Internet. If you have an account but forgot your password, you can reset your password. EDMS accounts are valid for a period of one year from the date of registration. You may also access EDMS at one of DEQ's Public Records Centers.

DEQ Employees
As a DEQ Employee, you do not need an EDMS account. EDMS automatically logs you on from within the DEQ intranet. If you are accessing EDMS from outside DEQ, you must log on using your Windows username and password (ex. alpha\joes). This is the same username and password used for DEQ webmail. If you are an employee and forgot your Windows password, it has expired, or your DEQ network account is locked, please contact the DEQ Helpline for assistance.
